The Irish Chaplaincy Paris and the priest and parish community of the Chapelle St Patrick at the Collège des Irlandais wish to convey their deepest sympathy to the family, friends, the Bishop of Dromore and priests of the late Rev. Fr. Desmond Knowles.
Fr Des served our Irish faith community in Paris on two separate occasions. His many friends, associates and parishioners here have a fond memory of his dedicated pastoral care, good humour, kindness and compassion. They extend their heartfelt condolences to the Bishop and the Priests of Dromore Diocese, the Knowles family and all who mourn Fr Knowles’ passing.
Mass will be offered for the eternal repose of Fr Desmond in the Chapelle St Patrick on December 17 and again on December 24.
